Refund Policy

Premium is planned and unavailable for purchase. No payment provider or Merchant of Record is currently active. Every valid gameplay choice has equal Elo weight; Premium does not buy ranking placement or increased vote weight.

No purchases are currently available, so there is no active checkout, recurring billing, or cancellation portal. Purchase and refund terms will be published before any paid service becomes available. For questions or a charge you do not recognize, contact contact@goldenhourlabs.tech. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Coins are free in-game points earned only through gameplay in the Arena. Coins and cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no cash or resale value. Booster Packs contain randomized digital collectible cards and open only with earned Coins. Coins and packs are not sold. There is no cash-out, wagering, or trading.
